No Smoking or Vaping
Leskernick is a strictly no smoking or vaping holiday home.

Dogs
Because the cottage is surrounded by open moorland with many grazing sheep and ponies, the number of dogs per stay is limited to one large or two small dogs. There is a charge of £40 per stay.

Accessibility
There is a 1.5 mile long rough stone track across the moor to get to Leskernick. It is not suitable for normal cars, a car with good ground clearance is needed (ideally a 4×4), therefore please check with us before booking if you are unsure. We cannot be held responsible if you make a booking and then cannot get to the cottage!

Guests
Whilst there are officially beds to sleep 6, we have chosen to limit the number of guests per stay to a maximum of either 4 adults, or 2 adults with 3 children under 18 years.

Terms and Conditions
To confirm a reservation, a non refundable deposit of 20% of the booking price is payable on booking, with the balance payable 6 weeks before the date of your stay.  In paying the deposit you are entering into the contract of our terms and conditions. The deposit is payable through our booking system and we will contact you to arrange the payment of the balance.
